We helped our main contractor client bid for, win and financially manage a contract, with tight time and budgetary constraints, for the total internal and external refurbishment of this 19th century Kensington townhouse. 

Level 12 Refurbishment. We project managed the post contract changes to the executive floor of this major bank.

This internal laboratory fit-out was managed within a very high security area with associated complex logistics.

Over 3 phases we financially managed this full refurbishment of the Imperial College Student Union. Major structural work included new lift shafts and services risers and a new mezzanine floor was installed to this grade 2 listed building.
